Morpho, Inc. (hereinafter, "Morpho") and DENSO CORPORATION ("DENSO") have entered into business and capital alliance agreements. Business alliance agreement will advance collaborative research and development of technologies to realize advanced safety and comfort drive based on "Deep Neural Network technology" (Deep Learning).
Purposes of Business and Capital Alliance
DENSO provides a wide variety of automotive products and technologies to minimize an environmental impact and traffic accidents while increasing people’s comfort and convenience. Morpho and DENSO have contracted a joint research and development agreement to advance collaborative researches of products to realize advanced safety drive.
1. Co-develop an advanced image recognition technology based on "Deep Neural Network technology" (Deep Learning) to realize state-of-art safety drive.
2. Co-develop the image recognition technology and image enhancement technology for DENSO’s future products. That includes electronic mirror, front/back camera and monitor, and others.
3. Morpho and DENSO will jointly market products and services derived from Business Alliance.
In connection with the business alliance, Morpho and DENSO have entered into a capital alliance agreement, under which DENSO will acquire all the newly-issued shares of Morpho.
